The staff was absolutely incredible! They went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, from exceptional service to a great breakfast selection. Plus, the location is spot on for skiing! ☕

One downside was the breakfast quality. although there were many options, the flavors seemed lacking. A bit more seasoning would elevate the experience!

My experience was overshadowed by persistent noise disturbances. I could hear the elevator and conversations from the hallway at all hours, making it impossible to relax. Additionally, the staff was unusually aggressive about checkout times, calling and knocking multiple times despite our reservation. This behavior only added stress to an already uncomfortable stay.

The hotel had a lovely and inviting atmosphere, with spacious and clean areas that made it easy for seniors to navigate. The staff was always attentive, enhancing the warm and welcoming environment during my stay.

The staff was friendly, and they helped us stow our bags while we went tubing nearby, enhancing our experience. However, housekeeping could have done a better job with overall cleanliness in our room.
